📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging and effective character development workshops and programs
• Develop and implement new programs and initiatives to support the growth and development of students
• Work closely with the team of instructors to ensure the delivery of high-quality education
• Provide guidance and mentorship to students, helping them to develop the skills and mindset to excel in all aspects of life
• Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to support their ongoing development
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in character development and education
• Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure the successful delivery of our programs and initiatives
• Promote a positive and supportive learning environment for all students

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in character development or a related field
• Proven track record of success in teaching and mentoring individuals
• Strong knowledge of character development theories and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators
• Experience with using educational software and tools, such as Google Classroom, Canvas, or Blackboard
• Certification in character development or a related field is a plus
