As an Accounting Staff/Assistant at Accion Labs, you will be responsible for handling daily financial transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports. Our office is located in the vibrant city of Ubud, Bali, where you'll have the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process daily financial transactions including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports and supporting documentation
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax filings
• Support the accounting team in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies
• Handle vendor payments and manage accounts payable
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections
• Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar role
• Proficient in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and practices
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
