📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize daily operations to ensure smooth workflows and efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve productivity.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist in inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
• Support the logistics team in coordinating deliveries and ensuring timely dispatch of orders.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the e-commerce or retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with fashion e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify or Magento, is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
