📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with clients to understand their financial needs and goals
• Present and explain microfinance products such as savings accounts, loans, and insurance
• Assess clients' creditworthiness and recommend appropriate financial solutions
• Monitor clients' financial performance and provide guidance as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using our in-house CRM system
• Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices
• Collaborate with the branch team to achieve sales targets and grow our client base
• Promote financial literacy and education within the local community

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial advisory, banking, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of microfinance products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in Indonesian and English
• Valid certification in financial advisory or a related field (preferred)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and our in-house CRM system
