📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Develop and maintain data models and reports using Power BI, SQL, and Excel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a business analysis or data analytics role, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of retail operations and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Certification in data analytics or business intelligence is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
