We are seeking a creative and organized professional to lead our event strategy in Nusa Penida, Bali.

As an Events Manager at The Penida Project, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events, from corporate gatherings to community festivals. Your mission is to create unforgettable experiences that align with our brand values and leave a lasting impression on our guests. Leveraging your expertise in event planning, you will work closely with our team to ensure every detail is perfect, from venue selection to logistics and catering.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, including corporate gatherings, product launches, and community festivals.
• Coordinate with vendors, including venues, caterers, and entertainment providers, to ensure seamless event execution.
• Manage event budgets and ensure all financial aspects are within approved limits.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align event strategies with business objectives.
• Oversee event logistics, including guest lists, invitations, and follow-up communications.
• Monitor event performance and gather feedback to continuously improve future events.
• Leverage social media and other marketing channels to promote events and engage with attendees.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for all events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning and management, with a proven track record of successfully executing events.
• Proficient in using event planning software such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or similar tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with vendors, clients, and team members.
• Creative and innovative thinker, with the ability to develop unique and engaging event concepts.
• Familiarity with Bali's event industry and local regulations is a plus.
• Certification in first aid and emergency response is preferred.
