📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and update case files for vulnerable individuals
- Coordinate with community partners to ensure program delivery
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor progress and adjust support as needed
- Provide case management and advocacy services to clients
- Collaborate with local organizations to expand outreach and impact
- Develop and implement training programs for community partners
- Report on program outcomes and impact to stakeholders
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in case management or community development
- Strong understanding of local community needs and resources in Bali
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiarity with case management software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Bali
