📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
• Develop and implement data-driven recommendations to enhance business processes and performance.
• Create insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI, SQL, and Excel to visualize data and communicate findings effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and align solutions with organizational goals.
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure the smooth implementation of business solutions and address any technical challenges.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented solutions, providing regular updates and recommendations for further improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a proven track record of delivering successful business analysis projects.
• Proficient in using Power BI, SQL, and Excel for data analysis and visualization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
