Robin Village Development Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the quantity surveying activities for precast construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate and timely cost control and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and a deep understanding of precast construction techniques.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the quantity surveying activities for precast construction projects.,Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates and budgets for projects.,Monitor and report on project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.,Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure cost control and efficiency.,Prepare and present cost reports and forecasts to stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Provide guidance and support to junior quantity surveyors and project team members.,Identify and mitigate potential cost overruns and delays.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying for construction projects.,Proven experience in precast construction is highly desirable.,Strong knowledge of construction costing principles and practices.,Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry regulations and standards.
