📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and review monthly financial statements and reports.,Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants.,Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow.,Handle tax compliance and preparation.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
