📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement online sales strategies to increase conversion rates,Manage and optimize online sales channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engines,Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement,Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance the customer experience,Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs,Provide regular reports on sales performance and conversion rates,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in online sales and conversion,Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to drive innovation and growth

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in online sales and conversion,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing conversion rates,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools, such as CRM systems and analytics platforms,Familiarity with digital marketing channels and platforms,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
