📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Participate in product development and marketing initiatives.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products.,Ensure compliance with all sales and marketing regulations and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Knowledge of the food and beverage industry is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
