📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Manage the recruitment process from job advertisement to onboarding.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.,Handle employee grievances and disputes in a fair and impartial manner.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with performance management systems and processes.,Experience in training and development programs.
