📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications.,Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems and networks.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Document IT processes and procedures.,Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of IT-related issues.,Support the IT team in the development and maintenance of IT policies and procedures.,Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and applications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Basic knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.,Good problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
