Urban Hub Mandiri is seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food for our customers. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food for our customers.,Maintain high standards of food quality and safety.,Manage inventory and ensure proper food storage.,Train and supervise kitchen staff.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall kitchen operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of preparing and cooking high-quality food.,Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.,Valid food handling certificate.
