📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and reach.,Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms.,Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize strategies.,Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages promptly.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.,Manage and grow our social media following through targeted campaigns.,Report on social media performance and provide insights to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or a related role.,Proficient in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.,Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for social media.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
