We are a growing company in the diamond industry, and we are seeking someone who can help us find the best talent to support our business growth. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work from our office in Jimbaran, Bali, while also having the flexibility to work remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for our organization.,Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Collaborating with other departments to understand their staffing needs and requirements.,Analyzing recruitment metrics and providing insights to improve our recruitment processes.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the diamond industry is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
