📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.,Oversee staff performance and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the management team to achieve store targets and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in retail.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.,Willingness to work in a hybrid model (office and field).,Ability to travel to different store locations as needed.
