📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Assist in the recruitment and selection process,Maintain and update employee records,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution,Support the HR team in payroll processing,Conduct employee performance reviews and provide feedback,Assist in the organization of HR-related events and activities🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field,Strong knowledge of HR software and systems,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Certification in HR management is a plus🛠️ Keahlian
