Makmur Intan Kitchen is currently seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and fleet management, with excellent communication and organizational skills. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of our delivery services and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor the fleet of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition and meet safety standards.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor fuel consumption and maintain accurate records of vehicle usage.,Handle maintenance requests and schedule servicing as needed.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and any issues that arise.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management strategies.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet-related activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and good driving record.,Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.
