📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch.
  • Manage and supervise the branch staff, ensuring they are performing at their best.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on branch performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Represent the company at branch events and meetings.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Shipping, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the shipping or logistics industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of shipping and logistics operations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
