Pacific Digital is looking for a dedicated Store Admin to join our team in Samarinda. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the store operations, ensuring smooth inventory management, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving.,Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service.,Assist with the setup and maintenance of point-of-sale systems.,Monitor store sales and performance, providing regular reports to the store manager.,Perform cash handling duties, including counting and reconciling cash registers.,Assist with the organization and implementation of store promotions and events.,Maintain accurate records of all store transactions and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Friendly and customer-service oriented attitude.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is required.
