In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others learn and grow.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's strategic objectives and the needs of the employees.,Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring that the content is engaging, informative, and relevant.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Provide guidance and support to junior training officers and other team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on insurance or a related industry.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies, assessment techniques, and learning technologies.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and best practices in the insurance industry.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
