📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the entire freight forwarding process.,Manage and oversee the operations of the freight forwarding department, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of logistics services.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company and its services.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and best practices in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, particularly in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong knowledge of the logistics and freight forwarding industry, including relevant regulations and standards.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.🛠️ Keahlian
