Salon Intan Dental Clinic is looking for a dedicated Operational Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a passion for providing exceptional dental care services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination.,Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.,Manage and optimize the clinic's resources, including staffing, supplies, and equipment.,Implement and monitor operational procedures to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.,Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure high-quality dental services are delivered.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for clinic operations.,Train and mentor staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
