PT Indah Wana is looking for a talented and dedicated Procurement Staff to join our team in Depok. As a Procurement Staff, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring that we source high-quality materials and services at competitive prices. You will work closely with our suppliers and internal teams to ensure that our procurement activities are aligned with our business goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring that orders are placed, received, and processed in a timely manner.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring that we have a reliable and diverse supplier base.,Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure that we are getting the best value for our money.,Monitor supplier performance and ensure that they are meeting our quality and delivery standards.,Ensure that all procurement activities are compliant with company policies and procedures.,Prepare and analyze reports on procurement activities, including spend analysis, supplier performance, and contract renewals.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
