📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth hiring experience.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate employee benefits and ensure they are delivered as per company guidelines.,Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analysis for management.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
