🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial analytics, strategic alliances, or a similar role in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record of leading high-impact projects and driving data-driven decision-making.
• Strong proficiency in advanced analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Certification in data analytics or strategic management is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
