📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure a positive customer experience by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.,Oversee the performance of sales associates and provide coaching and training as needed.,Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies to improve sales and efficiency.,Handle cash handling and financial transactions accurately and securely.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the store and attract customers.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and meet customer needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store or department.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.,Excellent customer service skills and a passion for retail.,Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 20 kg.
