📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and presented to the highest standards.,Maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment, in compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are providing excellent customer service.,Monitor sales and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is in compliance with all local laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Proficient in using computer software for inventory management and scheduling.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.

🛠️ Keahlian

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.Knowledge of food and beverage trends and industry best practices.Experience with staff training and development.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
